... home to pristine wildlife habitats, ancient Oak trees, sweeping marsh vistas and winding rivers that occupy every view. The tides dictate much; the breeze, the catch, and direction to sail.

“Love where you live” couldn’t be a truer expression for Cat and her family. Her love for the Georgia coast began as a toddler, spending time at her family’s coastal home in Crescent—water skiing, shrimping, crabbing, and boating to the barrier islands while exploring hidden hammocks for treasures. While attending UGA, Cat introduced her now-husband, Dave, to the magic of McIntosh County during a spring break visit, and it was clear they were destined to call it home. In 2001, God’s plan led them back to the coast permanently, where they’ve raised three children who feel truly blessed to grow up in such a special place. With both her parents and in-laws also retiring here, Cat’s roots and love for this community run deep. Selling real estate in a place filled with both cherished memories and new adventures comes naturally to her—
because Cat truly loves where she lives!

Over a decade ago, Megan and her husband, David, began vacationing from Atlanta to the Golden Isles—and like so many others, they instantly fell in love with the area’s slow pace, natural beauty, and coastal charm. When the Covid crisis reshaped their priorities, they decided it was time to make their dream a reality. They purchased a piece of property in North McIntosh and began building their dream home. As seasoned General Contractors, this journey inspired Megan to pursue her real estate license to complement their business. What started as a retirement plan quickly accelerated into a lifestyle change, allowing them to spend more time on the coast and truly embrace life. Their two children are just as enchanted, enjoying the freedom and endless outdoor adventures that coastal living offers.
